Bike Fit Exeter

Jon

Hello, I’m Jon, the founder of CORE Bike Fit and an IBFI Level 2 Bike Fitter. I have a passion for cycling and am dedicated to Creating the Optimal Rider Experience (CORE) for every rider I work with. As part of this, I am also trained in Applied Movement Neurology, which helps me better understand how your brain and body work together on the bike.

I started CORE Bike Fit in 2022 with the goal of helping cyclists of all levels achieve their goals on the bike, from riding more comfortably to unlocking extra performance. Proper bike fit is crucial not only for improving power and efficiency but also for reducing the risk of injury and enhancing your overall enjoyment of cycling.

Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of riders, from professional athletes to people riding purely for pleasure, and I am committed to helping each person find their own ideal position on the bike. Every fit is individual, and each session is focused on what you need from your riding, both now and in the future.

I have also created CORE Bike Club, a community riding group for like-minded cyclists who want to ride, learn, and progress together in a friendly, supportive environment. It’s a space to share knowledge, build confidence, and enjoy great rides with others who care about getting the most out of themselves and their bikes.

Thank you for considering CORE Bike Fit for your bike fitting and for being part of this growing community. I look forward to working with you and helping you Create your Optimal Rider Experience.
