What are you paying for?

A fitting session is time spent understanding you and the way you ride, assessing your current setup and working through changes with your feedback. Comparing prices is easier when you compare the time, assessment methods, equipment and follow-up support included in each appointment.

Align and Balance are approximately 2.5 hours; Complete is approximately 3 hours. Complete includes custom footbeds and two follow-up sessions within 12 months. Balance includes a 90-day fit guarantee. Use Find Your Fit to compare the full inclusions before choosing.

What does the Balance guarantee mean?

If you make all the changes recommended during your Balance fit and things still do not feel right, contact us within 90 days. We will continue working with you to address your issues and find a solution as best we can.

Are parts and new equipment included?

Check your chosen package for its specific inclusions. If a different saddle, stem, shoes or other equipment may be helpful, discuss the recommendation and cost with Jon before making a purchase. You do not need to buy new equipment simply to attend a fit.

Is a booking deposit the full price?

A deposit shown when booking is a payment towards your appointment. Use the service’s total price to compare packages, and check the payment details displayed in the booking system before confirming.

What if I only need help with shoes or a refresh?

Shoe Fitting is £50, LORE Foot Scanning is £75 and an Annual Tune Up is £150. These serve different needs from a full bike fit. If you are unsure whether a focused appointment is suitable, ask Jon first.

Is it worth fitting before buying a new bike?
